LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that is fully on-site. A small niche business that is growing, seeking a well-rounded accounting professional who is willing to learn a new industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recording and maintaining financial transactions and documents, such as invoices, receipts, bills, and payments

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements

  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring

  • Can cover AP/AR (450ish vendors) processing 20+ invoices a day for AP

  • Maintaining financial transactions, billing, payments, etc

  • Some assistance for financial calcs for financial statements

  • Budget prep

  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts

  • communicate and collaborate with other departments, vendors, customers, and stakeholders in order to research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies

Software: Syteline

Hours: flexible - 7-8 start and 4:30-5pm leave

Experience:

  • Years of experience? 3-5 years of accounting experience

  • Degree required? No, but nice to have

Environment: Small manufacturing facility with small admin office 

Dress Code: Business Casual

Compensation: $55k-$70k

Benefits:

  • PTO - all inclusive - 2 weeks to start if start in Jan - 80 next and up to 140 if negotiated

Pre-Employment Screening:

  • Full background check and check for THC, but does not exclude candidate for consideration

Start Date: ASAP



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
