The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and supervising accounting operations within our organization. The primary responsibilities will revolve around balance sheet reconciliation and related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the process of balance sheet reconciliation
• Supervising and coordinating accounting operations within the team
• Ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Providing guidance and support to the accounting team members
• Implementing effective strategies for financial management and control
• Monitoring financial transactions and reports for accuracy
• Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits
• Ensuring compliance with accounting laws and regulations
• Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes
• Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant
• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet software
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide a team of accounting professionals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
