We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Georgetown, Kentucky. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members within the accounting department.

• Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and conduct monthly trend analysis.

• Manage the return on sales and marketing expenditures.

• Supervise month end close processes and record monthly inventory adjustments.

• Create and maintain reports for the accounting department.

• Oversee accounts payable process and payroll functions.

• Recommend improvements for accounting and finance process and workflow.

• Manage the company's sales tax process and the completion of annual IRS forms.

• Proactively address and correct any unsafe behaviors and conditions within the department.

• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

• Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting management or supervision

• Proficiency in conducting Month End Close procedures is essential

• Experience in preparing Annual Budget is required

• Candidate must have experience in managing Annual Inventory

• Degree in accounting or relevant field is expected

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is necessary

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities are needed

• Proficient in using accounting software and databases

• Ability to comply with all financial regulations and standards.
