We are offering an exciting opportunity to a Financial Operations Project Manager in the Construction industry, located in Central, Kentucky. The primary functions of this role involve overseeing financial projects, implementing technology, and managing internal and external resources.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination and management of financial and operational projects

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth operations

• Manage both internal and external resources effectively

• Conduct risk management planning and analysis for ongoing projects

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders about project status and changes

• Prepare and present project updates to various stakeholders within the organization

• Use formal project management techniques to oversee accounting functions

• Implement and review ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other accounting software systems

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and auditing processes

• Manage billing functions and ensure adherence to project management process improvement plans

• Oversee the implementation of technology within the department, including the creation of implementation roadmaps.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Proficient understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in performing Auditing tasks
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Experience in Formal Project Management
• Proficient in Project Management tasks
• Experience in Project Management Process Improvement
• Proven track record in Implementation tasks
• Experience in Implementation Review
