We are seeking an experienced and dedicated accounting manager to join our dynamic team. The accounting manager will oversee and manage an accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project completion and professional development
- Supervise and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic financial guidance
- Oversee the preparation of accounting services and other financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality accounting services to clients.
Requires:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of related accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problems
