Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality accounting services to clients.
This is a Direct Hire role.
What you will be doing as a Accounting Manager...
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project completion and professional development
- Supervise and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic financial guidance
- Oversee the preparation of accounting services and other financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve complex problems
