How You Will Contribute

  • Manage and oversee daily operations within the finance and accounting department, including AP/AR and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Lead annual budgeting processes and provide financial forecasts that support strategic initiatives, with variance analysis to monitor financial health.
  • Develop and implement strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide strategic oversight to the leadership team, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for timely and accurate completion of audits, tax filings and other compliance-related matters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department.
  • Recruit, mentor and retain a high-performing finance and accounting team as the business grows, fostering a collaborative and accountable team and workplace culture.



About YOU!

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required.
  • CPA designation and prior public accounting experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably with experience in accounting, reporting and compliance. Willing to be a part of a scaling company; experience with private-equity backed businesses and mergers and acquisitions is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and other accounting concepts plus experience in their application.
