Century Group is hiring: Accounting Assistant in San Francisco

Century Group is in search of an experienced Accounting Assistant to join a team in San Francisco. Qualified candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $47,840 to $62,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bookkeeping such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, timesheets and expense report
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist with invoice preparation, month end and year end reports
• Support preparation of project agreements
• Perform general admin tasks

Qualifications:

• Profiecient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to use accounting software, understand and follow directions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
