Description
- The Medical Secretary duties include greeting incoming patients, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, and providing excellent customer service.
- Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments & follow-up appointments.
- Working with providers to ensure patients are being seen in a timely fashion.
- Using EPIC EMR system on a daily basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have at least 1+ years of Med Secretary/Registration/Patient Scheduling/healthcare customer service experience.
- EPIC experience is preferred, but not a must.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
