We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Support Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities:
• Assist with case preparation, including drafting legal documents.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.


Requirements:
• Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures preferred.
