- Provides high-level administrative support to building administration.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Welcomes and directs visitors.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain a record of dependability as evidenced by consistent attendance, punctuality, and attention to work.
- Understand and adapt to a variety of situations.
- Maintain and exhibit general and personal safety practices.

- File appropriate paperwork.
- Work collaboratively to assist faculty with administrative tasks.
- Make and receive phone calls.
- Greet visitors and establish a welcoming office presence.
- Collect and deposit fees and other money.
- Coordinate all bus route schedules.
- Input and monitor work orders and building usage schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders, verify order receipt, and maintain records of orders.
- Perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- 2 years college or 5 years experience preferred.
- Read, understand and follow verbal and written directions.
- Utilize applicable technology to support performance responsibilities.
- Proficient computer skills (eg. Word, Excel, Google).
- Bilingual preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of standing and moving throughout the building.
- Able to lift cartons and boxes, up to 15 lbs.
