The firm are seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced labor and employment law environment. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of state and federal judicial systems and agency procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate attorney support with internal teams, including calendar and billing.
  • Manage litigation matters, deadlines, and case timelines in compliance with court rules.
  • Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents, including TOCs and TOAs.
  • E-file documents with courts and agencies and maintain accurate filings in NetDocuments.
  • Submit and manage new client matters and maintain attorney contact lists.
  • Ensure timely task tracking, transcription coordination, and document assembly.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a litigation secretary.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Best Authority, NetDocuments, and Forte.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and ECF procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
