Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Legal Secretary to join our team. Based in Boise, Idaho, this individual will play a crucial role in managing and organizing legal cases, providing administrative support, and refining office procedures. This role is ideal for someone who can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This opportunity offers short term contract employment. Responsibilities: Monitor and organize electronic email inboxes for incoming legal cases and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the case management system. Manage and maintain case files, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accessible at all times. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and preparing legal documents. Generate reports as needed to assist in case management and tracking. Collaborate with the legal staff to ensure efficient processing and tracking of cases. Assist in the development and refinement of office procedures as the team and workload expand. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Use case management software and other office technology proficiently. Build and maintain strong client relations while managing customer credit applications and records.
