Patient Financial Services Manager Job at Randstad in Dover

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Patient Financial Services to join our healthcare organization. This pivotal position involves overseeing and enhancing the financial services for patient accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance improvements across the department.

Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 per year
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Masters

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain departmental policies and procedures to support compliance.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely billing, follow-ups, denials, and appeals.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to optimize cash collections.
• Serve as the reporting expert, creating and publishing detailed reports on billing efficiency and denial management.
• Lead compliance initiatives for the No Surprise Act and manage relationships with payers to address issues and ensure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in hospital Patient Financial Services or as a revenue cycle consultant specializing in Patient Financial Services.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, typical business hours
