Job Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Clovis, California. This role focuses on supporting our clients operations. You will be based in our workplace, where you will handle a variety of tasks from administrative duties to customer service.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule job site visits for flooring installations based on customer requirements.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Oversee the office supplies inventory, ensuring necessary materials are ordered as needed.
• Support the processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide assistance to the office manager, performing tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Keep the office environment clean and organized, reinforcing a detail oriented work setting.
• Collaborate closely with the installation team, offering logistical support as required.
• Utilize computer programs and CRM tools to manage customer records and business operations.
• Perform various clerical duties as part of the daily office routine.
• Use the 'About Time' software for efficient management of tasks and time.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar role• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Experience with the 'About Time' software is preferred
• Ability to effectively answer and manage inbound calls
• Demonstrated experience performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
