We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team based in Broomfield, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks within a facilities services industry. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries effectively.
• Perform clerical duties, including the distribution of mail within the office.
• Responsible for setting up conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Utilize various computer programs to maintain and update customer and office records.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Oversee light facilities management tasks as needed.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.• Proficiency in Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Experience with Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Demonstrable experience in performing Clerical Duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.
