Job Description
Hospitality Interior Design and Manufacturing company looking for an experienced individual for full-time receptionist/office assistant position.
A pleasant, dependable, energetic individual with a "can-do" attitude and exceptional attention to detail, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and attending to general office requirements ensuring the operation of a flawless front and back of house.

Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as the gatekeeper, both in person and on the phone, for the organization, greeting employees, clients and vendors in a welcoming manner.
- Answers telephones; screens calls, forwards calls and /or record and forward messages accurately.
- Types forms, form letters and other documents as necessary.
- Collates, scans and photocopies as required.
- Assists in organizing and building invoice, quote, and purchase files
- Assists with correspondence with clients
- Files correspondence and other materials as required.
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail within the office in a timely manner, including coordination of messengers and shipping in/out (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Maintains conference room including removal of trash and food after meetings.
- Inventories and purchases office supplies and kitchen supplies.
- Organizes and cleans common areas and work areas including removal of trash.
- Organizes travel for President and other senior staff as needed
- Can run errands on as-needed basis
- Assists with various miscellaneous project parts as needed to support in all departments, such as updating sheets in spec books, data entry, leads and sales contacting, etc.
Requirements:
- Highly presentable, excellent attention to detail, ability to discern appropriate discretion as needed, initiative to learn, with an outgoing, upbeat and confident demeanor
- Punctual and professional
- Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products - especially Excel
- Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator or Photoshop a plus but not required
- One to two years prior experience
- Reliable transportation
