Position: Front Office Assistant

- Salary: $3890 to $4650 per week
- Schedule: Weekends Off
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Maintain an organized front office by ensuring all materials and supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant or similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
