The City of Saint Paul Police Department is hiring an individual to perform clerical and word processing work of a complex nature requiring the exercise of independent judgement.
Here's what you can expect to do:
* Update all unit rosters and phone lists.
* Assist with new employee onboarding processes, maintain and update quarterly reports, and review and update TASS for unit employees.
* Prepare and review monthly bank statements for P-Card and Innovative.
* Using multiple databases, manage grants, weekly statistics and reporting.
* Upload BCA Lab Reports to evidence.com and notify Sergeant/Officer to do supplement.
* Check voicemail and email daily with follow up responses to community members and internal employees.
* Process all incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office equipment and supplies, send out letters and correspondence from the unit commander.
Eligible list may be used for future Office Assistant III openings citywide.
