   Opusign is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The role includes greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for office staff.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized office files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team members with various projects and tasks as required.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
