LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Assistant to join our clients team. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. This position involves a variety of tasks, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
  • Assist tax team with documents, handle mail delivery and clerical functions
  • Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego
  • Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)
