General Manager Requirement

2 years of Management experience in a similar role and concept
Motivated and self-starter attitude
Experience in training FOH staff on service standards and hospitality

General Manager Responsibilities

Train and develop Team on high standards of customer service
Execute daily operations in a high-volume establishment
Responsible for driving sales while maintaining a high-quality product
