Position Overview
Roosevelt High School is currently seeking a dedicated student to join our team as a Print Production Assistant. In this role, the Print Production Assistant will contribute to various print projects and tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with the creation and production of print materials, collaborating with team members on design concepts, and ensuring the timely completion of print projects.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design, familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new printing technologies.

Education and Training
Successful completion of Digital Media or Foundations of Design, Multimedia Arts, & Digital Communication. Enrollment in Media Arts courses are preferred. Students should be enrolled in WBL: Design and Multimedia in the 2024-2025 school year.

- Collaborate with team members on the design and layout of print materials.
- Assist in operating and maintaining printing equipment.
- Contribute to the production of various print projects, including posters, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate print job requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of print supplies.
- Prepares digital files for printing, including formatting, resolution adjustments, and color management.
- Understands the step-by-step process of print production, from receiving a design file to the final printed product, including quality control checks.
