Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in leading manufacturing teams to oversee operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of manufacturing work experience with progressive responsibility
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

• Responsibilities:

  • Oversee up to 50 team members, including team leads and hourly associates
  • Promote and enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure quality standards through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support supply chain by minimizing excess inventory
  • Direct staffing resources to meet productivity targets
  • Develop standardized work instructions for departments
  • Foster positive workplace culture through engagement and training initiatives
  • Conduct performance appraisals and administer disciplinary procedures

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
