As a Recruiting Consultant with Field of Talent, you will help candidates and great employers come together through your ability to recruit, guide, and coach both candidates and hiring managers to successful relationships. What you do will make a difference for recruits and clients.


We're looking for a recruiter who has full-cycle experience, is consultative with hiring managers and candidates, and thinks like a talent navigator. We're changing the way recruitment is done and delivered and we'd like you to be a part of the movement toward Recruiting as a Service (RaaS).

What we look for in a Recruiting Consultant/Talent Navigator:


  1. Business acumen - you know how business works, have been in business, know roles up and down the enterprise, and understand how departments and roles within a business cross-function
  2. Strategic thinker - chess not checkers
  3. Good judgment - and understanding of personality styles (DISC) and can size up talent and back your judgment with an evidential-based interview
  4. Executive presence - you're comfortable and confident in front of CEOs and with all people
  5. Resourceful - you know how to get things done even if you have to use a pipe wrench for a hammer
  6. Tech Oriented - you love technology and are keeping up on how AI is changing the business landscape



Typical experience level:

  • 1 or more years in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
  • You're ready to learn and grow
  • Experience in the following industries: Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or ABA, construction, and IT/cybersecurity is preferred
  • It is assumed that you've worked with ATS, you enjoy sourcing and have experience with sourcing tools and methods.
