Salary:
The Williams District Office in Cary, North Carolina is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the campus recruitment efforts. This individual is responsible for sourcing and recruiting financial representative Interns within the Cary office. Their focus is on building high-level, quality relationships in the community and promoting the Northwestern Mutual internship, generating referrals, and developing centers of influence (COIs). Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
- Build and develop effective referral sources, productive centers of influence (COIs), and qualified lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e. referrals, COIs, advertising, career fairs, social media, etc)
- Actively participate in on-campus clubs and organizations to promote and brand Northwestern Mutual
- Develop relationships with other Northwestern Mutual recruiters to share leads and best practices
- Be knowledgeable on information and language regarding all aspects of the financial representative internship
- Review resumes and schedule initial interviews
- Prepare materials for on campus and in-office candidate meetings
- Screen incoming resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote financial representative internship opportunities
- Maintain candidate correspondence, including lead, scheduling and follow-up emails
Tracking & Analysis
- Prepare and update weekly reports on campus recruiting and production activity
- Maintain candidate pipeline by entering and tracking all referrals and prospects in Applicant Tracking System
- Share relevant training & development materials with College Unit Directors each week
- Assist in tracking all intern production and activity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or another related field.
- Organization and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to communicate and develop relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all circumstances
