Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and manufacturing positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Partner with the Senior Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and drive the recruitment process until a hiring decision is made and the new hire is onboarded.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track candidates through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
- Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as UltiPro is preferred.
- Education: A college degree is preferred, or equivalent certifications in HR or related fields.
- Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach to working with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, providing top-notch customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3+-month contract position.
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing resumes, interview feedback, and candidate documentation to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Time Management & Organization: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines while ensuring a high level of efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Prior experience working with recruiting agencies and managing external vendor relationships is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
