Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (5-7 years)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid, Onsite 3 days)
Shift: M-F 8-5 pm
Type: Contract, 1 year
Pay Rate: $39.75/hour (max depending upon experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, primarily for Manufacturing Operations roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with knowledge of Workday and Phenom being a plus. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain recruitment is preferred.This position's focus will be mainly on recruiting and sourcing.
Must Haves:
•5+ years of recruiting experience.
•Experience using Boolean Searches, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards and niche sites etc.
•Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and preferably Workday/Phenom.
•Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
•Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
•Use social media, LinkedIn, and other tools to attract talent and promote the company brand.
•Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
•Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
•Maintain and optimize ATS and CRM systems.
