Sales Recruiting Manager Job at Insight Global in King of Prussia

Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a a motivated and experienced Sales Recruiting Manager for one of our large clients in the King of Prussia / Wayne PA area. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to support organizational growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales industry. Eventually you will be responsible for building out a team under you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the sales team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
