- Configure and customize Workday modules (Recruiting, Talent)
- Provide daily Workday support, troubleshooting, and resolving configuration challenges
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and updates
- Strong experience in configuring the Workday Recruiting module and customizing workflows is required, including customization of roles and security.
- Experience with the Talent Management and Training modules are a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite in a Chicago location 3 days a week.
