As the Director of Recruiting at FullStack, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals for FullStack clients. You will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers and collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the software consultancy industry.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with FullStack’s goals and growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract top talent.
- Candidate Assessment and Selection: Oversee the candidate evaluation and assessment process, including resume screening, phone screens, and vetting results. Collaborate closely with FullStack's vetting team to ensure the best selection of top-tier candidates is presented for openings with FullStack clients and added to the talent pipeline.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- 5+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a software consultancy or staffing company.
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for talent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating and utilizing multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as HubSpot to facilitate seamless collaboration between recruiting and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
