LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Manufacturing Engineer in Caledonia

Overview:

The Manufacturing Engineer position will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating engineering and manufacturing projects across production departments, providing cost-effective solutions to production and engineering issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Team Leads in assessing manufacturing capabilities and developing solutions for production and quality issues.

• Recommend process improvements and equipment layout changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting, fabrication, assembly, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.

• Design and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures.

• Manage capital projects from concept to implementation, including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred.

• 3+ years of related experience.

• Automation and LEAN Enterprise experience preferred.

• Ability to interpret technical documents and provide clear communication.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
