Manufacturing Technician

$23-27/hr DOE

Positions available on 1st (A) and 2nd (B) shift.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician who thrives in an environment that encourages tackling complex challenges and continuous improvement. You’ll work with a dedicated team, leveraging both autonomy and the resources typical of larger organizations, to make an impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBs, and prototypes.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure process documentation is up-to-date.
• Train technicians on mastered processes and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct rework and repair on PCB assemblies, including surface mount and through-hole soldering.
• Manage material inventory, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain a safe production environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 3+ years in electromechanical or electronic assembly; 2+ years in PCB assembly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LabView, and custom test/calibration software.
• Skilled in electromechanical assembly hand tools and soldering techniques.
• Ability to read schematics, work independently, and communicate effectively with the team.
