Responsibilities include process design and improvement, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement process documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Support the design and setup of new production lines or equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production problems.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in process control, quality assurance, and safety standards.
