Great company culture!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of complex mechanical components. Design and implement tooling solutions to meet production requirements, including machining and welding. Create detailed work instructions and process plans to ensure efficient production workflows. Use 3D CAD models to support manufacturing and inspection processes. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production meets design and regulatory standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to support team growth.What you need for this position: A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on mechanical components. Proficiency in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for fabrication and assembly. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment. Experience using advanced engineering software and ERP systems for manufacturing planning.
