Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of complex mechanical components.
  • Design and implement tooling solutions to meet production requirements, including machining and welding.
  • Create detailed work instructions and process plans to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Use 3D CAD models to support manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production meets design and regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to support team growth.

What you need for this position:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on mechanical components.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for fabrication and assembly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment.
  • Experience using advanced engineering software and ERP systems for manufacturing planning.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
