We currently operate lodging and restaurants in cities like Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, San Sebastian, Miami, Bogot, Cha, Lima under the brands Yurbban Hotels, UMA House by Yurbban, UMA Suites, The Spot for Living and Spotty Hostel.

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our UMA House South Beach hotel in Miami. About the role

Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are met. Supervise and support the housekeeping team, including scheduling and task assignments. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to guarantee quality and compliance with cleanliness standards. Train housekeeping staff on company policies, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and amenities to maintain stock levels. Address guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

What do you need?

Proven experience in housekeeping roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards. Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and relevant health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
