Responsibilities:

  • Overall support and proper maintenance and repair of all plant/buildings and grounds equipment to include, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance

  • Upload, download, configure, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs and process instruments

  • Assist with building and wiring control panels for machinery per blueprints and schematics

  • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listens for problems; use precision measuring and testing instruments.

  • Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshoots malfunctions

  • Engage in daily interaction with plant floor employees and will work closely with Process Engineering and other maintenance team members to support plant operations.

  • Utilize root cause analysis approach when troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery issues

Requirements:

  • 2.5 years minimum as Maintenance Mechanic or Technician or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is highly beneficial

  • SAP experience a Plus

  • Must be able to work both 2nd Shift as well as 3rd Shift or Overnight hours



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
