Qualifications:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Forest Park, GA
Hire Type: Direct
Shift & Hours: 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am
Pay Rate: $30-34/hr

Job Summary:
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment by performing breakdown response, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. This role requires a collaborative approach and adherence to safety and quality standards while working in a dynamic production environment.
Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures on the plant floor.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment safely and thoroughly.
- Exchange knowledge with maintenance and production staff while demonstrating a willingness to learn.
- Ensure compliance with and support for SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS programs.
- Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communications.
- Use the SAP computer-based maintenance work order system to manage tasks.
- Adapt to working in extreme temperatures, depending on the season and plant location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance processes and techniques.
- Willingness to work in varied environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar maintenance work order systems (preferred).
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards, including adherence to SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS frameworks.
