Are you a talented legal secretary with a passion for litigation and a drive to excel in a fast-paced legal environment? We have an immediate onsite opening at our client, a prestigious San Diego firm-offering a fantastic direct hire opportunity!
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CA civil litigation experience
- Federal, State (CA), and Appellate court filing (manual & e-filing)
- Proficient in calendaring, trial preparation, proofreading, and document processing
- Self-starter with strong analytical and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a team-structured setting
Skills & Competencies:
- Computer proficiency in Net Docs, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other office technologies
- Strong civil litigation experience, including mastery of court filings
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive calendaring experience with Compulaw or another similar program
