JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work as part of the Business Support Services Technology team to understand, evolve, and optimize the end-to-end processes and key data touchpoints across the ecosystem. This role will work closely with key business and IT stakeholders to support initiatives and ensuring quality solutions that meet business requirements. This role will actively participate in and support various global finance process/controls improvement and financial systems transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Leverages finance process and technology best practices; partnering with both finance organizations as well as various corporate functions (HR, Procurement, Legal) to support and improve existing business processes Drives simplification and standardization strategies across brands Works to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs through dialogue with business partners and key stakeholders Supports applications and solutions delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutions Performs impact analysis and supports application testing, implementation, and training activities throughout the process Collaborates with corporate finance teams to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects to support strategic initiatives Supports Finance ERP related business process/activities within Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM Partners with other IT areas to identify data needs and appropriate data sources to utilize while remaining compliant Identifies data quality issues and works to resolve through best practice strategies Understands data integrations to ensure efficient data exchange across systems Works collaboratively with various IT teams to design and deliver optimized, user- friendly reporting solutions as well as cost effective historical data archiving solutions Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance 5-7+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in an IT or business related financial role Must possess expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes and controls General ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects. etc) required, Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM preferred Experience in leveraging technology to improve finance processes Process-oriented with the ability to structure processes and related data across brands Experience in defining, scoping, and managing process and technology initiatives Ability to gather, structure and analyze data from multiple data sources Strong understanding of advanced data analysis tools and querying languages (SQL) Ability to communicate/present to management Ability to play both a strategic and tactical role and demonstrate an ownership mentality Strong initiative-taker with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems Ability to partner with others to simplify complex processes, break down barriers and incorporate the ideas of others Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle Intellectual curiosity to understand business trends Ability to manage priorities against multiple deadlines in a challenging environment

Position Location: North Carolina
Compensation Range: $81,800.00 - $140,300.00
Compensation Frequency: Annual
Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
