Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee group and transient sales for the Hilton Garden Inn Millennium Center, Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport, and La Quinta Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport. This area sales role is pivotal in driving revenue, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in group sales, an in-depth understanding of both Marriott and Hilton systems, and proficiency with key sales tools such as PEP, Fosse, Delphi, Opera and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Group Sales:
Identify, prospect, and secure group business for both properties to achieve revenue targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, event organizers, and group clients. Prepare and negotiate group sales contracts and ensure smooth communication with operations teams for execution. Transient Sales: Develop and implement strategies to capture corporate and leisure transient business. Build strong relationships with corporate travel planners and agencies. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales and property leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and revenue reports to identify opportunities for growth. Participate in property revenue meetings to share insights and strategies. Systems Utilization: Leverage

for efficient account management, reporting, and forecasting. Use system data to track performance, measure progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and client meetings to close business. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the properties. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on group and transient sales, preferably with Marriott and/or Hilton brands. Systems Knowledge: Marriott Systems:
