Overview:

Sunday River is seeking knowledgeable Boot Fitters to join our retail team. Boot Fitters greet and guide guests in proper fitting of ski and snowboard boots, understand Sunday River's services, promotions, and hours of operations to provide consistent information to all guests. Boot Fitters provide quality service to all guests and are experts in ski and snowboard hard good products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of proper fit of ski and snowboard boots
• Greet guests and quickly identify guests specific needs and steer them in the appropriate direction
• Be a hard good product enthusiast and sell products that meet the needs of the guest
• Provide directions and anticipate guests questions

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all interactions
• Attend and participate in daily safety and service meetings
• Ability to pass binding certifications, and to tech skis and bindings

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive knowledge of skis, boot fitting, and stance alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage ranges from $15-$18/ hour, depending on experience
