Accounting Manager Job at Robert Half in Austin

Join a fast-growing tech company based in Austin as an integral part of a finance team. You'll maintain accurate accounting records, manage recurring accounting procedures, and help optimize our financial processes. You'll also train and mentor team members, analyze account balances, and handle internal and external reporting needs. This role may also require overseeing special projects and working with many different departments.

Candidate Profile:

We're seeking an Accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 6+ years of finance/accounting experience, and knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement analysis. Prior experience in public accounting, e-commerce, or SaaS is an advantage.

• Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Accounting Manager in the IT Software industry.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a key requirement for this role.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with BlackLine software will be considered a significant advantage.
• The candidate must have experience with Concur software.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
• The candidate should be able to handle all Accounting Functions with ease.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Auditing skills are critical for this role.
• The candidate must be capable of handling all Billing Functions.
