The Role:
We're searching for a sharp and conceptually-driven Copywriter to join our AI-powered content studio. Are you obsessed with crafting compelling narratives that resonate across social media? Do you thrive on finding just the right words to bring a brand's personality to life? If you're a creative wordsmith who thinks "social-first," then this is the role for you. You'll be working on innovative campaigns for a major automotive client, using your skills to create engaging copy that captures attention and drives results.

The pay range for this role is $75,000-$90,000K. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Ideation: Developing insightful, relevant, and objective-driven organic social content ideas that build the automotive brand's presence and personality. This includes generating original concepts and finding creative angles for existing campaigns.
- Crafting Compelling Copy: Writing engaging and effective social media copy for a variety of formats (text posts, captions, video scripts, interactive content, etc.).
- AI Integration: Utilizing proprietary WPP AI tools to enhance and optimize the creative copywriting process, from generating initial ideas to refining final copy.
- Collaboration: Working closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and other creatives to ensure seamless campaign execution and best-in-class social content.
- Platform Fluency: Maintaining a deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Brand Voice & Tone: Mastering and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media communications.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter with a strong focus on social content.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of social media copywriting best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with different content formats and adapting writing style to various target audiences.
- Knowledge of how AI can be utilized in the creative process is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Active personal engagement with social media platforms.
- Prior experience in the automotive or related industries is a plus.
