Your Role: The Senior Account Executive (SAE) serves as the day-to-day lead. responsible for project planning and mentoring junior staff. The SAE will support senior account team members in executing creative work, building effective client relationships and managing the critical components of successful project management

What You'll Do:
  • Execute and lead overall brand objectives and strategies across project lifecycle for brands
  • Write Project briefs, POVs, and SOWs assumptions across key projects
  • Manage day-to-day client contact, including leading status calls, kicking off project reviews, and ownership of client follow-ups
  • Lead and participate in live and virtual client meetings, engage with clients independently on tactical initiatives under the guidance of senior account team members
  • Develop internal contact reports, manage status reports, partner with Brand Coordinator on hotsheet,
  • Review, understand, and apply competitive and market research to day-to-day initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations of project optimizations based on client feedback, MLR discussions, and market research/insights
  • Interact with cross functional brand team members, including creative and project management, to ensure regular and accurate information exchange
  • Coordinate with Project Management to:
    • Track project estimates and reconciliation processes as directed by Supervisor.
    • Open job numbers, assist in the development of key project documents including but not limited to client project status and internal meeting reports.
  • Assist account team with scheduling meetings, room reservations, preparing agendas, preparing handouts and/or coordinating client events and entertainment.
  • Develop product knowledge base (i.e., understanding of product indications, market research, marketing plans, and competitive knowledge)
  • Monitor brand and projects in progress to ensure on-track project timing, actively communicate any challenges and work with team to identify solutions


What You'll Need:
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task in a faced paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team.
  • Pharmaceutical advertising is preferred, not required.
  • Basic understanding of digital communications and media channels preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to create basic formulas and formatting within Excel and knowledge of Keynote preferred, not required.
  • Applicants should have 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Prior ad agency experience is preferable; pharmaceutical agency experience is a plus.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
