As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to align project objectives with business goals, fostering collaboration and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, consultants, and account managers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with clients in the legal or professional services industries is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Must be a US citizen or have rights to work in the US.
