We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at one of our healthcare facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws on patients across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
This full-time position offers a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent patient care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Properly label and handle specimens, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collect and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Prepare and transport specimens for laboratory testing.
- Provide clear and courteous explanations to patients regarding the blood draw process.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures, minimizing discomfort where possible.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with clerical duties, such as updating patient information and processing requisitions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Phlebotomy Certification (or equivalent).
- Ability to work with patients across the entire age spectrum, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and specimen handling procedures.
