A demonstrated history of designing and implementing data-driven programs is essential for driving impactful change across various job functions. Strong communication skills are crucial, enabling the Director to effectively connect with individuals at all levels and facilitate engaging presentations both internally and externally. The ability to motivate and influence diverse groups will be key in fostering an inclusive culture. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a keen understanding of employment regulations, diversity best practices, and standard human resources practices. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Demonstrated history of designing and implementing data-driven programs that drive impact across job functions Experience with facilitation and internal/external presenting Strong communication skills with all types of people Ability to motivate and influence people Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at once Familiarity with employment regulations, diversity best practices, and standard HR practices Experience in research and program development Ready to join our team?
