Job Summary
The Technical Support Infra Design Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical support to end users while ensuring the effective setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
This role includes managing user accounts, deploying applications, maintaining hardware and software, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and software applications. Manage user accounts and permissions in Azure Active Directory/Entra ID and other relevant systems. Deploy, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on end-user devices. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies. Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Provide training and guidance to end users for effective technology utilization. Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-user computing or IT support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications. Experience with Active Directory, group policy management, and network troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Exceptional documentation skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or related technology certifications.
